Evolution is inevitable, EMIS Web helps to compound that however has anyone taken the latest integration steps that combines two technologies previously kept apart, telecoms & clinical software?

By linking both the clinical system to the telephone system when a patient phones the practice the Patients Medical Record automatically becomes available on a PC Screen prior to the receptionist answering the call. This process saves approximately 30 seconds per call, depending on your demographics & linguistic skill sets of your reception then this could be a higher time saving.

It can capture new numbers, allow you to record calls & you can even dial at a click of a mouse from a Patients Medical Record.

You may be unaware of the product however I do believe EMIS recently mailed all clients regarding this recently
